This week on the Menu we have:

        We're adding a winter pantry staple: apple juice boxes, the small ones for children that don't need refrigeration (until opened).
The pork roast will be for two meals.

Day 5: Chicken with Sherried Mushrooms
Quinoa with Fried Onion and Celery
Broccoli with Bacon and Mustard

Day 6: Acorn Squash Stuffed with Beef and Rice
