6 Day Menu Plan: Week 8  Spring II

This week on the Menu we have:

strawberries Fresh Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

Weekly Shopping List 

        We're still enjoying all of the wonderful spring vegetables, plus we're using the barbecue a bit more.  Depending on your area, scallops may or may not be expensive - I've given alternatives... And for the steak as well.... But it is the start of summer barbecue season....

Day 1:  Stir-Fried Scallops and Ham
Spaghetti with Egg Sauce
Sweet and Pungent Carrots

Day 2:  Filet Mignon with Caramelized Onions
New Potato 'Oven Fries'
Sautéed Mangetout & Mushrooms (Snow Peas)

Day 3:  Warm Spring Pasta Salad with Grilled Chicken
Fresh Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar

Day 4:  Grilled Turkey Teriyaki
Sautéed Mushrooms
Brown Rice with Snow Peas (Mangetout)

Day 5:  Pasta Primavera with Tuna

Day 6:  Sautéed Chicken Breasts with Bacon and Mushrooms
Roasted New Potatoes
Glazed Carrots and Onions
