Weekly Shopping List

       The lasagne makes enough for 4 servings and is great for lunches.  It uses the leftovers from the roasted Cornish Game Hens.  If you don't think you'll have leftovers, get an extra chicken breast.

Italian Brussels Sprouts

Day 5:  Chicken Breasts / Mushrooms and Chevre
Quinoa with Browned Shallots
Sautéed Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Day 6:  Potato, Ham and Broccoli Gratin
