Weekly Menu Planner: May 17, 2013

         Summer cooking has arrived: easy dinners, lots of salads and vegetables, almost everything cooked on the barbecue - if it requires cooking, that is.
As a reminder, and for those new to summer cooking.... I use a lot of fresh herbs all summer.  I have an herb garden.  If you don't, feel free to use dried, particularly for marinades and anything that is cooked.  For salads and cold dishes, use fresh if you can.
