7 Day Menu Plan: Week 10  Spring II

This week on the Menu Plan:

asparagus quail eggs  Asparagus with Quail Eggs

shrimp pasta Shrimp, Avocado and Olive Pasta

sausage pepper   Warm Pasta Salad with Peppers and Sausage

Weekly Shopping List 

             We're using fresh lemon juice on Friday and Saturday.  Squeeze it all at once or as you use it.  The pork for Saturday needs to be brined earlier and the puff pastry for Sunday will need to be thawed earlier if frozen..

Saturday:  Warm Lentil Salad with Mustard Cream
Brined and Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Roasted New Potatoes
Asparagus with Lemon Sauce

Sunday:  Puff Pastry Pizza Margherita 
Fresh Strawberries

Monday:  Grilled Marinated Chicken
Brown Rice Pilaf
Lettuce Tomato Salad with Creamy Herb Dressing

Tuesday:  Salad with Turkey, Beans and Feta

Wednesday:   Orange Glazed Pork Chops
Potato and Carrot Packets

Thursday:   Warm Pasta Salad with Peppers and Sausage
