6 Day Menu Plan: Week 3  Summer I

This week on the Menu we have:

         This week both the Pimento Sauce and the Oriental Pasta will be for two meals.  The fresh fruit is, of course, optional, but with so much coming into season it makes a lovely dessert - if we plan for it and remember.
