6 Day Menu Plan: Week 13  Summer I

This week on the Menu we have:

Weekly Shopping List 

            We're using planned leftovers this week... Rearrange the days to suit.  Day 2 dinner, with the Ratatouille, could easily feed a crowd for a final summer get-together. If you have leftover Ratatouille, it's great in omelets, or cold, with a bit of Balsamic vinegar or tossed with pasta.

Day 1:  Seared Scallops on Tomato Tarragon Pasta
Green Beans with Caramelized Shallots

Day 2:  Barbecued Stuffed Pork Loin
Pesto Potato Gratin
Sautéed Chard with Browned Onions

Day 3: Barbecued Stuffed Pork Loin, leftover
Basmati Rice

Day 4:  Grilled Lemon Chicken Breasts
Pesto Potato Gratin
Green, White Beans with Tomatoes, Shallots, Sage

Day 5:  Giant Burger Stuffed with Mushrooms
Ratatouille on Couscous

Day 6:  Deviled Pork Chops, Grilled
Sautéed Potatoes, Onions and Mushrooms
Green, White Beans with Tomatoes, Shallots, Sage
