I didn't specify the fish.... Use whatever looks good: tilapia, snapper, small cod, sole. There will be leftovers from both the lasagne (for the freezer or lunch) and the potato gratin (for another dinner). The Beef Hash is made from fresh ingredients rather than leftovers - still quick and easy....
