           I didn't specify the fish.... Use whatever looks good: tilapia, snapper, small cod, sole. There will be leftovers from both the lasagne (for the freezer or lunch) and the potato gratin (for another dinner). The Beef Hash is made from fresh ingredients rather than leftovers - still quick and easy....

Rice Florentine

Day 2:  Pork Tenderloin Stuffed with Pimiento
Potato Gratin with Sage
Broccoli with Butter and Herbs

Day 3: Pumpkin, Sage and Leek Lasagne
Fresh Fruit

Day 4:  Chicken with Broccoli, Olives and Capers
Potato Gratin with Sage, leftover

Day 5:  Chunky Beef Hash

Day 6:   Chicken with Mustard and Mushrooms
Quinoa, Basmati Rice and Red Lentil Pilaf
