         We have a cold picnic for 4 on Day 3, (or for 2 with leftovers). It if works better, switch it with Day 6 for a 4th of July celebration.  Summer holidays make it a challenge to be too precise.
There are 2 bell peppers used this week - mix them up however you like.  I listed 1 green and 1 orange.
