6 Day Menu Plan: Week 13  Spring II

This week on the Menu we have:

shrimp Grilled Shrimp with Pimiento Sauce on Herbed Orzo

burgers Simple Grilled Burgers

tuna walnut salad Salad with Tuna, Walnuts and Creamy Dressing 

Weekly Shopping List 

        Summer is here.  We have potato salad, tomato salad, and burgers on the grill.
The Pimiento Sauce is used on Friday and Saturday, the Potato Salad is for 2 meals and the Tomato salad is ongoing for the summer.  Substitute Pork Chops for the lamb if you prefer.

Day 2:  Grilled Lamb Chops with Dijon-Basil Butter
Patatas Bravas
Lentils Provençal

Day 3:  Simple Grilled Burgers
American Potato Salad
Tomato Garlic Salad

Day 4:  Grilled Chicken Breasts with Lemon and Honey
American Potato Salad, leftover
Grilled Peppers and Onions
Tomato Garlic Salad, leftover

Day 5:  Salad with Creamy Dressing, Tuna, Walnuts and Cheese
Crusty Whole Grain Bread

Day 6:  Deviled Pork Chops, Grilled
Brown Rice Salad with Green Beans
Tomato Garlic Salad
