I was thinking about curing the winter doldrums and combating the holiday eating when I planned this week's menu... It wasn't until I was done that I realized that I used very little dairy. I normally try to incorporate yogurt and/or cheese as it's an important part of a healthy diet, especially contributing calcium. One week without shouldn't hurt....
