Weekly Shopping List

       We don't use leftovers as much in summer - more for partial meals, as in potato or pasta salads for 2 meals, that sort of thing. So enjoy the last dinner with leftovers for awhile.... Have the Beef Stew for another meal, lunches or freeze it for later.  Plus you can use the leftover Cornish Hens on Monday... but we never have any so I use chicken breasts.

Cauliflower with Horseradish

Day 2: Roasted Cornish Games Hens / Red Wine
Cheddar Mashed Potatoes
Cauliflower with Paprika Crumbs

Day 3:  Beef and Root Vegetable Stew

Day 4:  Chicken Breasts with Spanish Rice
Peas with Leeks

Day 5:  Pork Tenderloin with Lemon and Capers
Lemon and Herb Basmati Rice
Cauliflower with Lemon

Day 6:  Pasta with Red Beans and Ham
