Monday: Lentil and Sausage Pasta with Avocado Sauce, garnished with Courgette

Sautéed Teriyaki Zucchini (Courgette)

Thursday:  Barbecued Turkey Cutlets
Pasta with Creamy Goat Cheese
Fried Green Beans
