    The Braised Beef will be for 2 meals, one with polenta, the other with pasta.  And we're doing a bit more Chinese cooking this week - in honor of the upcoming New Year.

Tuesday:  Stir-Fried Turkey with Cabbage and Cashews 

Wednesday:  Sweet and Sour Chicken
Sautéed Potatoes and Onions
Braised Savoy Cabbage with Bacon

Thursday: Yorkshire Pudding Pie
