6 Day Menu Plan: Week 4  Fall II

This week on the Menu we have:

lemon soleSautéed Sole with Butter and Lemon

acorn squash Stuffed Acorn Squash

maple pork chops  Pork Chops with Maple Syrup

Weekly Shopping List 

        If your barbecue grill is still out, use it for the Lamb and Sweet Potatoes on Saturday.  I think this will be the last of the fresh herbs.... Of course, if you still have them in your garden, use with abandon!
I've added sherry back to the list; we use it all winter in stir-fries and other dishes.

Day 1:  Sautéed Sole with Lemon Butter
Carrot and Basmati Rice Gratin

Day 2:  Lamb Chops with Lemon and Rosemary
Roasted or Grilled Sweet Potatoes
Baked Tomatoes

Day 3:   Stuffed Acorn Squash
Caramel Apples (store-bought)

Day 4:  Pasta with Chicken, Red Beans and Red Pepper

Day 5:  Pork Chops with Maple Syrup
Potatoes with Butter and Chives
Broccoli with Yogurt Mustard

Day 6:  Lemon and Soy Glazed Turkey Cutlets
Pasta with Peanut Sauce
Broccoli with Lemon Pepper
