6 Day Menu Plan: Week 1  Summer II

This week on the Menu we have:

steak caesar Caesar Pasta Salad with Spicy Flank Steak

pork tenderloin Grilled Pork Tenderloin With Mustard Seeds 

Weekly Shopping List 

        We're making Allioli or Aioli this week, (the Spanish version, without egg).  It's easiest with a mortar and pestle but alternatives are given.  It's not at all difficult to make, but it does require patience.  And once done, it's sure to impress! Day 2's turkey is for 2 nights.

Day 1:  Lightly Smoked Cod
Couscous and Green Bean Salad

Day 2:  Brined and Grilled Turkey Breast with Aioli
Grilled Potatoes with Aioli
Zucchini (Courgette) Sticks

Day 3:  Caesar Pasta Salad with Spicy Flank Steak

Day 4:  Sweet and Sour Salad / Turkey and Mushrooms
Three Bean Salad

Day 5:  Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Seeds
Spanish Rice
Three Bean Salad

Day 6:  Grilled Chicken and Peppers Pasta Salad
