6 Day Menu Plan: Week 13  Fall I

This week on the Menu we have:

Weekly Shopping List 

         It occurred to me, while doing the Swiss-Style Pork menu, that a lot of the slow-cooking braises would work well in slow-cookers (crock pots) for those of you who have them.  I had one, years ago, but it didn't move with me (electrical differences) and I've never replaced it, using heavy cast iron pots on the cook top instead.

Day 1:  Sesame-Crusted Salmon
Oriental Orzo
Stir-Fried Broccoli

Day 2:  Braised Pork with Leeks
Braised Potatoes and Carrots

Day 3:  Pork and Fennel Risotto
Fresh Fruit

Day 4:  Beef and Mushroom Lo Mein

Day 5:  Chicken with Lemon and Capers
Lemon and Garlic Basmati
Sautéed Carrots

Day 6:  Swiss-Style Pork Chops
Buttered Potatoes
Broccoli, Hungarian Style
