         I didn't realize how easy this week's menu was until I finished.  If you want something more complicated, let me know....  There is so much wonderful fruit on offer at this time of year, we really must take advantage.

Sautéed Sliced Brussels Sprouts with Leeks

Day 5: Stir-Fried Sesame Chicken

Day 6: Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Potatoes, Apples and Carrots
