6 Day Menu Plan: Week 9  Fall I

This week on the Menu we have:

steak marchand du vin Steak with Marchand de Vin Sauce

turned potatoes Turned Potatoes and Carrots

stir-fried beef Stir-Fried Beef and Broccoli

Weekly Shopping List 

         We're being colorful this week.  Both the risotto on Day 3 and the Stir-Fry on Day 5 have lots of colorful vegetables; not only pretty, but a range of colors is healthy. We also have a few longer cooking mid-week meals.... a few breaks while stuff cooks.
Remember that Greek or plain yogurt will keep a week or two in the fridge, covered of course.

Quinoa with Shallots and Herbs
Roasted Acorn Squash

Day 5:  Stir-Fried Beef and Broccoli
Basmati Rice

Day 6:  Chicken Stew with Sherry
