Salad with Tuna, Tomatoes and White Beans

     Other than the eggs, this is a no-cooking dinner.  The dressing, is, as usual, made with yogurt rather than mayonnaise.  Use any leftovers as a dip.

   I had these wonderful, heirloom, Ananas Tomatoes for this salad.  They're bright gold with a red center...

Salad with Tuna, Tomatoes and White Beans Ingredients:


Cooking schedule: 25 minutes
Assemble all food, utensils and serving dishes
Utensils: measuring cups, spoons, knives,
small bowl, small pan, lid, salad spinner
Boil eggs
Prepare lettuce, wash, spin dry
Open, drain, rinse beans
Open, drain tuna

Cut tomatoes
Snip herbs
Make dressing
     Wait for eggs
Arrange lettuce on 2 plates
Add tuna, beans, tomatoes, cheese, herbs
Drizzle with dressing
Serve, remaining dressing on the side
