       I found a bit more green garlic - but only a little.  With the weather going from hot sunshine to cold rain, the dinners this week are also going in and out of the kitchen.  Arrange to suit your own variable climate.  This is spring.

Day 3:  Risotto with Asparagus, Veal and Peas
Strawberries with Yogurt and Mint

Day 4:   Grilled, Marinated Chicken Breast
Pasta with Spinach, Mushrooms and Chevre

Day 5:   Giant Burger Stuffed with Mushrooms
Sesame Brown Rice with Snow Peas (Mangetout)

Day 6:   Warm Pasta Salad / Sausage and Peppers
