One of the things that is challenging about menu planning is getting the quantities right with packaged food. Asparagus is often sold in bundles; strawberries in baskets; and so on. We only have asparagus once this week, so if your 'bundle' is too much for one meal finish it later in the week - add it to the stir-fry or the pasta.
