Weekly Menu Planner: Oct. 18, 2013

       Wrap the leftover phyllo well (several sheets of plastic wrap and either refreeze or refrigerate.  We'll be using more next week (Samosas) as well as the rest of the feta. Leftover chicken from Saturday is used in the Risotto on Sunday (Or buy a chicken breast) as is the leftover Red Pepper Coulis from Friday.
