         We're well into summer cooking - grilling and making salads.  We have 'American' potato salad on Sunday.  We'll be having French and 2 types of German potato salads before the summer is over.... and others.  Sunday's menu can easily be increased for a picnic party on Monday - with the 2 salads made ahead.
