Weekly Menu Planner: June 28, 2013

          We have a cold picnic for 4 on Sunday, (or for 2 with leftovers). It if works better, switch it with Thursday for a 4th of July celebration.   And Monday's Chicken and Avocado Salad can be saved for another day or eaten in pita bread or added to lettuce for a salad. Summer holidays make it a challenge to be too precise.
There are 2 bell peppers used this week - mix them up however you like.  I listed 1 green and 1 orange.
