This week on the Menu we have:
The French word for summer squash, both green and yellow, is courgette, which is used in England. The Italian word for summer squash, both green and yellow, is zucchini, which is used in the US. Now you know. The chard is up so we are seeing almost all of the summer vegetables now.
Note: Greek or plain yogurt will keep for 2 weeks in a covered container in the fridge; leftover stock can be frozen - ice cube trays work well, then transfer to baggies.
