This week on the Menu we have:
Summer vegetables have started: zucchini (courgette) and green beans. The Chard will be ready soon, as well. We're using small bits of pepper and onion early in the week - clean it all up with the burgers on Monday. You can use bottled lemon juice or get a fresh lemon and squeeze as needed.
