Weekly Menu Planner: August 30, 2013

       We're getting to the end of summer.  We have one more classic to do: Ratatouille.  It's a long weekend in the US so a big dish that can be made ahead seemed to fit. Plus one last cucumber salad.  As summer ends, more of the cooking will move back to the kitchen.
