          If you are lucky enough to have lots of basil, we have home-made pesto on the menu this week. (If not, there is excellent pesto in the dairy section.) Store pesto by covering unused portion with a thin film of olive oil.  Or put in ice cube trays and freeze - when frozen pop out and store in freezer bags.
