Weekly Menu Planner: April 12, 2013

         One of the things that is challenging about menu planning is getting the quantities right with packaged food.  Asparagus is often sold in bundles; strawberries in baskets; and so on.  We only have asparagus once this week, so if your 'bundle' is too much for Saturday, finish it on Sunday - along with any leftover strawberries.
