I learned something new this week: in France we have red, white and green cabbage; the white being the typical, for cole slaw cabbage, and the green being Savoy cabbage. The Savoy is coming into season now and we are enjoying it in lots of different ways.... And I don't always use bacon. Stay-tuned.
