Broccoli with Butter, Lemon and Fresh Herbs Time 25 minutes
1 small head of broccoli
1 tbs butter
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbs fresh snipped chives
1 tbs fresh thyme
1 tbs fresh summer savory
Cut broccoli into bite size florets and stems. Put in steamer basket in saucepan with an inch of water in bottom. Put on medium heat and steam for 15 minutes or until done. Remove from pan and set aside, discarding water. In same pan heat butter and lemon juice. Add herbs and sauté lightly. Add broccoli, toss to coat and serve.
