Thyme for                         Cooking

Once again we are preparing the main ingredient for Saturday's first course on Friday.  Friday's starter, Artichoke Frittatas, would also be good finger food for a party (football?)  The Veal with Garlic will be for 2 meals.  The Turkey and Pepper Risotto is such a colorful dish for these drab winter months... All of the menus are pretty easy this week...   Bon Appétit!

Friday:       Artichoke and Olive Mini Frittatas
Vieux Carré Scampi
Quinoa with Herbs
Lentils Provençal

We're having a Petit Chablis with our starters this week, Les Valéry. Our red will be our last Beaujolais Nouveau.
