I'm going all over the globe with this menu: My version of the very British 'Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas' using Pan-Seared Ahi'; a nod to Italy with the Frittata and the Risotto; back to the U.S. for Meatball Soup and flirting with both Mexico and Asia! And I did try to keep at least one eye on the calories/fat/health benefits. Bon Appétit!
