Thyme for                         Cooking

      I'm going all over the globe with this menu: My version of the very British 'Fish and Chips with Mushy Peas' using Pan-Seared Ahi'; a nod to Italy with the Frittata and the Risotto; back to the U.S. for Meatball Soup and flirting with both Mexico and Asia!  And I did try to keep at least one eye on the calories/fat/health benefits.  Bon Appétit!

Friday:       Ricotta Frittata
Seared Tuna with Mustard Cream
Parmesan Potato Crisps
Peas with Prosciutto

We're having a white Bordeaux with the starters this weekend, a St. Julien, Talbot, Caillou Blanc.  With the Tuna we're having another St. Julien, Château Gloria, a Cru Bourgeois.

Saturday:   Spinach and White Bean Salad
Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Prosciutto, Spinach and Cheese
Ricotta Risotto

We'll finish the Talbot with the salad and have a Margaux, Château Desmirail with the Chicken.

Sunday:      Tomato Meatball Soup
Cheese Quesadillas

Monday:    Turkey Piccata
Risotto al Salto
Sautéed Carrots with Bacon and Onions

Tuesday:   Tomato Meatball Soup
Taco Chips
Fresh Fruit

Wednesday:  Pork Chops with Lemon Soy Glaze
Quinoa
Stir-Fried Cabbage with Peanut Sauce

Thursday:   Chicken and Ricotta Enchiladas
Creamy Cabbage Salad
