We have an easy menu this week: 2 meals that turn into 4 dinners. This will be the last of our 'big' soups for the winter. We may do French Onion a bit later in the month... With Valentine's Day being on Thursday I wanted to do an appropriate dinner: elegant gourmet, but easy. I didn't do a dessert - pick up something from the bakery or just enjoy the wine.
Bon Appétit!

Creamy Scallops with Cheese
Spanish OrzoWe're having a white Bordeaux with our starters this week: Château Cantegrive "Cuvee Caroline" . Our red will be from Spain, a 'Merlot Merlot' from Enate in the Somotano region.
