This week we have a quintessential French dish: Chicken with Rice; probably on the stove of 25% of France in any given week. It's easy, delicious and enough for 2 meals. We're getting a cabbage this week but only using part of it. We'll finish it up next week in a hearty and heart-healthy Vegetable Beef Soup. If your brown rice takes longer than 15 minutes to cook, pre-cook it on Wed. for Thursdays dinner. (I'll remind you) Bon Appétit!
