Even though the weather is less than perfect, spring has still arrived in the markets. The artichokes, asparagus and sugar snap peas are all in abundance. There is still green garlic and new potatoes to be found. So many choices it's hard to fit everything into one week. We try.
Oh, and the Mascarpone? Yes, it is a bit high in fat, but we're using it in small quantities and finishing it off next Friday in an Asparagus tart - so remember to save it.
