We have a truly Mediterranean menu this week: Spanokopitta from Greece, Pumpkin Gnocchi from Italy, Coq au Vin from France and a hint of Spain in the Lentil and Meatball Stew. Plus we have 2 meals that give us leftovers for 2 more. Efficient cooking for this busy time of year. Bon Appétit!

Pumpkin GnocchiThis weekend we're have a Chablis with our starters, Vaucoupin, Guy Mothes et Ses Fils, Négociant. For the red, with the Scallops, we'll have the other Beaujolais Nouveau, in honor of the season.
