The big food holiday is over and it's time to get back to healthier eating. And after a hectic week (cooking and/or traveling) an easier menu seemed in order. The starters are both simple and light - just a bite to relax with before the main course. The Ragù from Saturday also makes the risotto on Sunday - and I do not believe in adding butter to the risotto - totally unnecessary and not Italian. The rest of the dinners are simple, uncomplicated for mid-week. Bon Appétit!
