Thyme for                         Cooking

Happy Thanksgiving!  And we're celebrating butchering the pumpkin!.  I've done an easier menu leading up to the big holiday.  I don't often do salads in the winter but the spinach and lamb's lettuce has been abundant this fall.  The Pumpkin Gratin and Maple Sweet Potatoes can both easily be doubled or tripled if you need to bring a dish to someone's T-day dinner.  My menu for Turkey Day can easily serve 4 - 6; with a bigger bird, a bit more stuffing, double the soup, etc.  For more ideas or specific questions, please send me an email.   Bon Appétit!
Note: In finishing up the menu I've realized that I've been celebrating winter with comfort foods ...I'll be working on lighter, healthier menus between now and Christmas...just a bit....
