Friday:          Omelet with Fresh Tarragon and Chevre
Grilled Shrimp with Pesto Pasta and Mangetout (Snow peas)

We'll have a Spanish white from the Somontano region, an Enate Chardonnay, with the omelet.  With the Shrimp with Pesto Pasta we'll have a German Pinot Noir from the Kallstadt Saumagen region, Philippi.

Saturday:     Artichokes with Lemon Butter
Grilled Duck Breast
Balsamic Grilled Potatoes
Grilled Asparagus

We'll finish the Enate with the Artichokes.  With the duck we have a St. Estephe, Le Petit Bocq.

Sunday:      Spinach Salad with Asparagus and Smoked Turkey Ham

Monday:       French Burger with Avocado Sauce
Garlic Fries

Tuesday:      Grilled Chicken Breasts with Lemon and Honey
Spring Couscous

Wednesday: Stir-Fried Pork With Snow Peas

Thursday:   Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad
Marinated Vegetable Salad
