It's spring, almost summer: We'll have a lovely Rosé from Provence with the Pastries and a Fronsac, Château Dalem with the Scallops.

Saturday:      Spinach and Strawberry Salad
Grilled Lamb Chops Dijon
Grilled Potato, Onion and Gruyère Packets
Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic/Soy Glaze   

We'll finish the Rosé with the Salad.  With the Lamb Chops we're having a Paulliac, Clerc-Milon (A bit pricey, but it's our anniversary).

Sunday:          Chevre Stuffed Burgers, Grilled
Grilled Shallots
French Potato Salad
Strawberries with Minted Yogurt

Monday:       Grilled Marinated Chicken Breasts
Creamy Pesto Orzo
Simple Glazed Carrots

Tuesday:       Grilled Sausages, Tomatoes, Shallots and Onions
French Potato Salad, leftover

Wednesday:  Beef, Chickpea, and Feta Pasta Salad 

Thursday:     Orange Glazed Pork Chops
Sesame Brown Rice with Mangetout
