Wilted Spinach with Bacon and Onion

It's spring, almost summer: We'll have a a Rosado from Enate, in the Somontano region of Spain.  With the Kedgeree, we're having a local Chinon.

Saturday:     Poached Salmon Frittatas
Grilled Cornish Hens (Poussin, Little Chickens)
Potatoes with Butter and Chives
Asparagus  with Olive Oil and Lemon   

We'll finish the Rosado with the frittatas.  With the chicken we're having a St. Émilion, Château Fombrauge.

Sunday:       Pasta Primavera

Monday:      Chicken and Quinoa Salad  

Tuesday:     Grilled Pork Chops
Potato and Carrot Packets

Wednesday: Healthier Taco Salad

Thursday:   Turkey Piccata
Pasta with Browned Butter, Lemon and Capers
Sautéed Mangetout & Mushrooms (Snow Peas, Peapods)
