Shrimp Creole over Brown Rice

With the Cocktail we're having a white Bordeaux from St. Julien, Château Talbot Cailou Blanc.  With the Shrimp Creole, a Rhone, Crozes Hermitage, Les Brunelles.

Saturday:     Egg Pancakes with Tuna
Veal Chops with Duxelles Sauce
Pommes Anna
Flageolet (or Lima Bean) Gratin

We'll finish the Talbot with Egg Pancakes, and have another Bordeaux with the Veal Chops, a Margaux, Château Boyd Cantenac.

Sunday:       Beef and Root Vegetable Stew

Monday:     Chicken Breasts with Duxelles Sauce  leftover
Pommes Anna, leftover
Lima Bean Gratin, leftover

Tuesday:    Beef and Root Vegetable Stew, leftover
Garlic Scones

Wednesday:   German Pork Chops
Pasta with Browned Butter
Ginger Glazed Carrots

Thursday:    Turkey with Horseradish Sauce
Basmati Rice
Italian Green Beans
