Bacalao a la Marinera (Fisherman's Cod)
Patatas Castellanas (Castilian-Style Potatoes)
Alubias con Tocino (Beans with Bacon)

With our very Spanish dinner we're having an Enate Chardonnay from the Somotano region of Spain.  With the Fish a Merlot-Merlot from the same winery.

Saturday:    Mushrooms Stuffed with Bacon and Chevre
Cornish Hen (Poussin) with White Wine and Herbs
Wild Rice

Buttered Carrots

We'll finish the Enate Chardonnay with the Stuffed Mushrooms and have a Margaux, Château Canuet with the Hens.

Sunday:       Tortilla de Pimiento garnished with Chevre
Pasta
alla Amatriciana 

Monday:     Wild Rice Casserole with Carrots and Almonds

Tuesday:     Honey Mustard Pork
Roasted Balsamic Potatoes
Alubias leftover

Wednesday:   Chunky Beef Hash

Thursday:    Chicken Parmesan with Pasta and Tomato Sauce
Asparagus with Oil and Vinegar
