Baked Salmon Dijon
Soft Polenta with Leeks
Cauliflower with Browned Butter

With the Salad we're having a Spanish Chardonnay, "Clarion" from Vinas del Vero.  With the Salmon, a St. Émilion, Le Cadet de Château la Claymore.

Saturday:     Roman Egg Soup with Chevre Croutons
Baked Lamb Chops with Persillade
Parmesan Potato Crisps
Spicy Lentil Mélange

We'll finish the Clarion with the Leek Salad and have a Bordeaux with the Lamb, a Margaux, Château Desmirail.

Sunday:       Ham and Caramelized Onion Lasagne
Fresh Fruit

Monday:     Mini Meat Loaves with Tomato Sauce
Brown Rice with Onions
Lentils, leftover

Tuesday:    Mini Meat Loaf Parmesan
Spaghetti with Garlic and Parmesan
Cauliflower Dijon

Wednesday:   Chicken with Whole Grain Mustard Sauce
Sautéed Potatoes and Onions
Roasted Cauliflower

Thursday:    Yorkshire Pudding Pie
