Barbecued Shrimp
Grilled Herbed Polenta
Tomato and Green Olive Sauce
Italian Green Beans with Shallots

We're having a Provençal Rosé with our starters this weekend, hopefully on the terrace.  With the main course we have a Cru Bourgeois from the Haut-Medoc, Château Caronne St. Gemme.

Saturday:     Smoked Salmon with Deviled Eggs
Grilled Sirloin Steak
Grilled Potatoes with Balsamic Glaze
Roasted Carrots with Sweet Onions

We'll finish the Rosé with the Smoked Salmon.  With the Steak we're having another Cru Bourgeois from St. Julien, Château Gloria.

Sunday:       Grilled Burgers with Peppers and Onions
German Potato Salad

Monday:       Steak Salad  from leftovers

Tuesday:      Chicken Breasts with Orange/Mustard Glaze
German Potato Salad
Lettuce and Walnut Salad

Wednesday: Tuna Pasta Salad with Cannellini

Thursday:     Redeye Glazed Ham
Simple CousCous Salad
Carrot Coins
