Italian Pasta Salad, leftoverNote: If you are having people over for a picnic on the 4th add some salami to the pasta salad and, depending on numbers, you may want to double the Salad and/or the Picnic Loaf. Or, you may be invited to a party - either way you may not have leftovers for Thursday so I included an 'alternate'.
