We're having a German Chardonnay from the Kallstadt Saumagen region, Philippi, with our starters this weekend.  With the Scallops a Listrac from Bordeaux, Forcas Dupre.

Saturday:     Shrimp (Prawn) Cocktail with Avocado
Smoked Pork Tenderloin

Grilled Potatoes with Basil Butter
Green Beans with Pesto

We'll finish the Philippi Chardonnay with the Salad.  With the Pork Tenderloin we'll have a Pinot Noir from the same vineyard, Philippi.

Sunday:      Lemon Chicken Salad with Asparagus

Monday:       Hot and Sweet Glazed Pork Chops
Quinoa Pilaf

Tuesday:     Salade Niçoise

Wednesday:  Grilled Turkey Aioli
Oriental Pasta Salad

Thursday:   Mushroom Burgers
Oriental Pasta Salad
