Friday:          Caramelized Shallot Quesadilla, Open-Face
Grilled Salmon with Tarragon Mayonnaise
Spanish Couscous
Green Beans with Almonds

We're having a white wine from the Pessac Leognan region of Bordeaux with our starters this weekend, Château Carbonnieux.  With the main course we have a St. Emilion, Château Guibeau.

Saturday:      Tuna and Radish Salad
Grilled Veal Chops
Roasted Carrots and Potatoes with Dijon and Thyme

We'll finish the Carbonnieux with the Tuna Salad.  With the Veal Chops we're having a Margaux, Château de Tertre.

Sunday:          Ham and Cheese Quesadilla
Spinach Salad

Monday:      Asian Chicken and Cabbage Salad

Tuesday:       Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Seeds
Grilled Potatoes
Green Beans with Butter and Chives

Wednesday: Turkey Cutlets Balsamic
Warm Cabbage Pasta Salad  

Thursday:     Salad with Sausage and Quinoa
